What makes craps tick?

Playing craps means rolling the dice and being dubbed the ‘shooter’.

Before the game begins, you are required to bet the minimum on the ‘Pass’ line or the 'Don’t Pass’ line. The first roll of the dice you make in each of the rounds is called the ‘come-out roll’.

The second betting round comes to an end when, and if, you manage to roll either a point or a seven.

• Roll a 2, 3 or a 12 during the come-out roll, and you will ‘crap-out’ so to speak, signaling the end of the round.
Roll a 7 or an 11; you will win on the pass line bet.
• Roll a 4,5,6,9 or a 10 during the come-out roll and that number rolled will become the ‘point’, signaling the end of the come-out roll.
At the end of the come-out roll, the ‘ON’ button will then move to that point. Roll the point number and you would have successfully won.
